Century Link Problem?

I have Century Link as an ISP, and lately, it has been very slow, laggy, and down right terrible. It has taken a Playstation download two hours to get 9% complete only. I don't know hat is wrong with my internet especially because my computer runs fine aside from YouTube videos, however my Playstation suffers. If your best advice is to call my ISP then what questions should I ask them?
