Wireless connection help please?

HI! can anyone help me with this? I have a dell laptop and Ive just restore to factory settings on my inspiron 8600 laptop and I am trying to put my wireless back to work and having the ISP with the passwords don't connect? am Ive try to upload it manually and an error comes up.. so the wireless card is good and install but I cant upload internet Wireless onto it? help!!!
