Help i need help my kids drive me nuts they don't listen and i cant take it anymore i got four boys 6,4,3,1?

they only listen when they get candy and misbehaving in school i have a boyfriend but hes always at work and they only listen to him they are the ones that make a hurricane hit my house allllll dirty cant keep clean the baby is good but the other three whooo man bad bebe kids im hispanic they are hispanic and caucasian i dont know what it is my oldest is a crybaby and dont listen bad in school second one wooo my bad one he cry cry cry spoiled no respect none of them they just dont listen ive tried everything time out talking face to face , grandmas house nothing seems to work i need nanny 911
