What can a harassment report to my Internet Service Provider (ISP) do?

As long as you stop messing with them, probably doesn't mean anything. You're ISP gets enough though they'll probably cut you off. If you live with your parents you might get chewed out when they find out about it, assuming they do. A lot of people don't check the email provided by their ISP and that's where a lot of those things go to.
