Am I being discriminated at work?

I work in the service industry. Company truck/tools are provided for repairs and installations. It's been over 6 months now that I have been without a company vehicle and lack the same tools that other peers posses. I have been written up for not producing the same numbers as my peers. Of course no one else is bouncing around from vehicle to vehicle, nor do they have to load/unload and hide their personal tools on a daily basis. Basically I am expected to do the same amount of work with less time and tools. Before the write up I brought this matter up to my boss and suggested alternating the crew to make it fair but my suggestion was denied. Instead he said "come on, you are always complaining about something, you are just a lloron (crybaby)".
