Cannot load router IP address anymore after I resetted my router.?

although i cannot speek for that specific model i can tell you that the 192 address you are looking for is a private ip address and the ip address you are getting for your default gateway is not a private IP address and sugests that your router is bridged. i would sugest completely disconnecting your router from the ISP then resetting it, without an address to pass through you may get a private ip address by default from your router.
