Easy anime cos-play outfits?

basically i got a few days to get a hero/villian costume but i am thinking of an anime character. i have short black hair, olvie skin and like a bit under 6 foot tall. any suggestions as well as anyway to make the costume. remember i am looking for something basic and easy but looks good. so far thinking Monkey D. Luffy fairly easy but i got a hairy chest so maybe not haha. anywayz suggestions ^_^
