How do you get someone to who used to like you to like you again?

Okay , for more info. I met this girl online . We used to text all the time and we would talk like we went out and she told me liked me , even sent me pics of outfits she thought she looked cute in but I lived far away. Recently , I moved in her area . And I have been trying to get close to her ever since. But , nearly everytime we are supposed to meet up she cancels on me . We don't talk in the same way used to . Its like I'm at the bottom of her priority list. Is their anyway to change this ?
