Sexy birthday outfits for a 15 year old?

I am going to Florida for my 15th birthday and we are going out to dinner at a very nice restaurant.I want to look hot/sexy but not to formal.I need some ideas and were i can get the outfit.And please no comments about how I'm to young.Thanks:)
