Updating my broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller?

Hello ive had some disconnections problems for the past few months and ive been struggling to find out what the problem is. I initially blamed my isp but further investigations revealed my drivers were all outdated and so im trying to update them but im pretty dumb when it comes to this kind of stuff. I would like to use the software that does it for me but i cant spend money on this. I would like to do this manually if possible. Plz help
