Why don't my dog bark?

I have a 8 month old siberian husky. And i have never heard her bark but my be like twice out of the all time. Is something wrong with her? But when i take her for a walk and when she see's other dogs she doesn't bark but the other dog does. All she does is make a crybaby scream. And when there are dogs be hide the fence and when i take her closer she don't bark but the other dogs do. So does she like to bark or no? or is there something wrong with her? And can you train your dog to bark? If there is let me know. because its werid that she don't bark but my brother's miniature schnauzer does.
